We sought Jin's help on October 2019 to sell our home in College Park in Chino and we're so glad we did!! We were worried that our house would be sitting for months since the holidays were around the corner but thanks to Jin and his expertise, we were able to sell in the less than two months! What a smooth transaction. When Jin says that he will be with you from start to close, he was not kidding. I was kind of worried about the whole process and the stress that I would have but from the initial consultation to the prepping of my property for sale and of course finding the right buyer and making sure all the paperwork and etc was taken care of, Jin and his team was there all the way and I was stress free.
